REVIEW! Taywell Ice Creams - Vanilla Madagascar

It's Taywell Ice Creams week on The Review Addict where I am reviewing 6 flavours of ice cream that the lovely people at Taywell delivered to me last week. This is day 5 and the the penultimate day sees me reviewing this Vanilla Madagascar flavor.
Vanilla is one of my favorite flavours, I am not talking about the cheap supermarket bright yellow stuff or even worse the pure white stuff; but when it's good quality and done properly it can be amazing. Well I will get straight to the point and say that this Vanilla Madagascar from Taywell Ice Creams is just that.

It is a lovely pale cream color as vanilla ice cream should be and has little flecks of black from the vanilla pods. The texture is thick, almost buttery but it feels silky and smooth as you eat it. It is so creamy and the natural vanilla flavor really packs a punch.
One of the best things about vanilla ice cream is that if it's a good quality one (which this Taywell Ice Creams one most certainly is), it tastes great on it's own but it is also extremely versatile, so it goes really well with other dessert items! For example sandwiched between a couple of cookies!

Verdict This is how vanilla ice cream should be! Natural tasting and full of flavor with a gorgeous luxurious texture. Full marks for Taywell Ice Cream's Vanilla Madagascar.
You can follow Taywell Ice Creams on Twitter and they also have a Facebook Page. A list of Taywell stockists can be found here but more will be appearing in Berkshire, Oxford, Hants and Surrey later this month.
