#sad on Saturday

Hello Fibromites. It’s been ages since I’ve posted. So much to tell so little strength and time. I hope everyone is well and trying to push through the pain. I for one feel a flare coming on. Maybe it has something to do with the summer coming to an abrupt end and me feeling overwhelmingly sad even though I have so much good going on right now. Ugh. I don’t know. It is an emotional roller coaster. I guess I never gave myself time to grieve leaving Nashville and I think maybe it’s catching up with me. Oh well trying to count my blessings and keep on keeping on. Looking forward to the weekend even though I may be in bed for it’s entirety. Saying more than a few prayers #stay triumphant
