For as long as I can remember, and certainly since I became a mum, leggings have been a staple item in my wardrobe!
I go through phases where I wear them less often, but it's safe to say that they are always my fall back option and my go-to choice when I want comfort!
Because I wear leggings so often, I have a drawer completely full of them - because unfortunately they never seem to last for very long!
I have a tendency to buy lots of "cheap" pairs, but the problem with them is that it's usually only a matter of weeks before a hole appears! So you could say that those "cheap" pairs don't really work out very cheap at all considering how quickly they need to be replaced.
I was recently contacted by a new brand by the name of LoveLeggings with the chance to try out some of their range.

As for sizing, I was a bit unsure which to go for as I'm usually between a size 20/22 in bottoms but I tend to always get a size 20 in leggings due to the stretch.
The sizing with LoveLeggings was either 18/20 or 20/22 - so I took their advice and went for the 18/20.
The first thing I noticed when the leggings arrived is how lovely and thick they were! There's nothing worse than a pair of see-through leggings and that worrying feeling of not being sure if your pants are on show through them when you bend down to pick your child up in a supermarket!
As soon as I saw these, I knew that would not be an issue. They were the thickest pair of leggings I've seen! And to my delight, the size 18/20 was the perfect fit.
I've worn them a LOT over the last few weeks since they arrived, and put them through a good couple of washes...I'm pleased to report that they look as good as new! They haven't bobbled, there are no holes and they feel as new as the day they arrived.
The photos I took to show these leggings were shot after they had been worn several times and washed twice, and as you can see - they look perfect! They also kept me very warm on a windy day at the beach, too!
