Google Glass is still months (at least) away from being released to the public, and yet these futuristic specs are already dealing with a slew of complaints and criticisms.
Aside from the legislative actions taken (as previously discussed on the 2WC), the specs users have earned the nickname — Glassholes (not extremely clever, but a little funny).
Although, the most glaringly obvious and incredibly ironic criticism is Glass’ lack of lenses. This minor oversight puts actual glasses wearers, at a bit of a disadvantage.
It seems like an odd group for Google to discriminate against, especially considering many of the product’s developers are glasses-wearers.
One can only assume that Google has big plans for selling the rights for future designer Google Glass.
Because the only thing that would make Google Glass more hipster is a Ray-Ban version.
