It’s officially a Red October! So, sorry to drown you in baseball, but we just can’t help ourselves, we’re excited!
Last night it was determined that the Red Birds’ opponent would be the Boston Red Sox, and yes, last time we faced them in the World Series it did not end well for the Cards…we remember. But we don’t hear the “D” word being mentioned in the same sentence as the Red Sox. Now do we?
Still, it’s important to remember humility and sportsmanship in times of extremely consistent triumph. So as we approach the beginning of what should be an epic series we wish good luck to the Red Sox and their fans. Here’s to a great World Series!
