This Friday, the first of autumn, and one that falls at the end of one heck of a week, I think we could all use a moment to collect ourselves. What better excuse for a trip to the movies?

There are those out there that would belittle the impact of movies and entertainment on the "real world," and I respect their right their own (very, very wrong) opinion.

I would argue that movies allow us to look at the world from the outside, the perfect vantage point for a touch of perspective.

So sit back and soak in some perspective along with the majesty of all this season of cinema has to offer...
