Change is inevitable. We can all see constant change in our surroundings and very often, in our own self. "Oh, you've changed so much!", exclaimed one of my aunts to me at a relative's wedding. She was right. I have changed. I have upgraded myself, my lifestyle, my standard of living and may be my intelligence quotient. It was all until she finished her statement with "Ah, your weight gain makes you look so different" But never mind! :P Back to the point, yes things have changed and it is essential that one keeps up with the change. However, the question remains, how much is enough? Changing lifestyle means getting new and better things. At the rate at which world is transforming, it often becomes very difficult to practically keep with the change. No wonder, many dreams are crushed or hidden in wishlist everyday.
If I have to recall, I can remember one such dream. A dream to own a Honda City car. Not that this car is very hi-tech now, but it has been a dream since I was 17 year old. I come from a middle-class family where every single thing is celebrated. Salary hike to new cycle, everything is cherished by every single member of the family. I was 15 when we bought a Maruti 800 car. Ofcourse it was joy to the family! When I turned 18, my father taught me to drive a car. That was the ritual - whatever vehicle comes to the home, I learn that first. I could ride a bike at 14. So yes, that is when I got into cars and my eye-angel car at that time was Honda City.
Quikr, an online website that lets people buy and sell stuff recently upgraded itself. I have been a Quikr customer for a while and have sold many a things to get some money to buy a new product. It is a very easy app where one directly connects with the seller or the buyer without a middlemen. Quikr recently upgraded itself to Quikr NXT, a feature where buyer and seller can directly chat with one another. Earlier, it came with phone number of the advertisement giver and one had get it touch on call. It often used to be very awkward. I also interacted with a couple of people who were a kind of harassment on the phone till I told them that I am not interested in their product and that I will report to the police if they called me one more time! Of course it isn't a fault of Quikr. However this new version is quiet handy and one can chat with the seller or the buyer to ask for product specifications without fearing awkwardness or harassment. For sure, in the world of crazy technological advancement, Quikr has taken a step ahead in making their customer's life easy, isn't it? Go explore it till I find a Honda City that fits in my budget and sell my Maruti 800!
