I am pretty popuLAR. Only because I have the iPhone 4S, so for the first time in my life, I am in the IN crowd. I fit in with Howard Stern, Rhianna, and most likely Emma Stone. I think the only celeb that doesn’t have an iPhone4S is Chelsea Handler, and it’s possible that she has one now. Last I heard she was still using a blackberry. No comment. Jared still uses a droid, I love him. I really do! He uses a PC too… he’s really testing me! ;) Anyway back to my story. I crack up watching the iPhone 4s commercials with John Malkovich, {my celeb twin} Zooey Deschanel, and Martin Scorese. Last night I was really bored, and by bored I mean putting off cleaning out my closet, and organizing it so I turned on the TV to watch the tear-jerker Spanglish, it wasn’t even on HBO so I may or may not have been watching it on Lifetime in my pajamas at 7pm on a Monday. It happens. The iPhone 4s commercial interrupts my dramedy, and I realize what the EFF! I never use SIRI! According to these commercials she can do so many cool things. The only time she and I even chat is when I accidentally hold the home button down for too long, and she asks me “Miki, can I help you?”…. oops! Then I am embarrassed and hurry and press the home button again to rid of her. What can I say? She catches me off guard sometimes. After coming to this epiphany , I decide to look up youtube videos, not of ‘how to use siri’ but of the iPhone 4s commercials. So do you know what I did? I put tons of events in my calendar and then asked Siri, “Do I have a busy week”, “What does my month look like?” “What am I doing in September?” After realizing I am not really popuLAR and don’t have a million things to do everyday, I moved on. “Siri, tell me a joke.” She tells funny jokes. About an hour later, Jared came home and I was forced to act like I hadn’t been talking to my phone, with Spanglish on pause, and youtube commercials on the iPad. As I hear him turn the door knob, I take off running to hide in my closet. He appears a few seconds later. “Hi houndsley, how was work? I have been organizing our closet for the past couple hours.. we have lots of stuff.”
He totally bought it.

The issue is that then I had to actually organize and clean the closet to back up my story. BOO!
The upside is that this month the vlog we are hosting on the 15th is called
“What’s on your feet?”
..and man oh man do I have a lot of shoes that I found hiding, and I am excited to make an hour long vlog strutting my stuff. I do not have foot fungi to show case, no socks, no blisters, well one blister.. but LOTS of shoes to show off in this vlog!

Tell Siri to mark your calendar for August 15th. I already told my Siri… yesterday! I have found she has issues with the word “vlog” just a heads up.
