it all goes wrong
No matter what you feel

sometimes even you don’t get it.

The lesson you are learning
is clear like mud
the pain you are feeling
cuts to the quick
and there is nothing you can do to understand.
Some days
Hurting everyone around you
is too easy to do
without even trying
without wanting to.
Some days
You don’t think there is light
at the end of the tunnel
it’s just too dark to see.
Some days
You just have to go back to bed
and cry your eyes out
feel the pain.

Tomorrow is a new day
One with hope and love and joy
understanding and clarity
