Here are some of the items that have been floating about in my 'saved for later' basket.. Any suggestions for any other brilliant toy ideas will be greatly appreciated! Because as I'm sure you can tell.. I'm SO not done!
1. He does have some crayons already, but I think I prefer the look of these ones, as you can sort of use them both ends. Plus I like the tub and choice of colours!
2. These life leg eggs are pretty cool. Ethan loves eggs so I'm sure he'll love having his own set of pretend eggs to play with. He actually has a new kitchen which I haven't yet blogged about, but he loves it so I am trying to find more roleplay sort of toys. Hence number 3 on the list..
3. He gets so excited watching me hoover, so I really want to get him his own one to use! I think he'll love it!
4. Okay, so I haven't fully decided on the doll yet, but I was looking for a more 'boy' looking doll. A lot of them seem to be aimed at girls which is silly because a lot of boys love playing with babies/dolls, and I think that's perfectly fine and rather sweet. Most of them will go on to be Dads one day, so what's the harm? I just want to find the right one, this was just one of the first I came across.
5. Our health visitor brought the book around the other day and I thought it was brilliant. Ethan's not talking much so I think this should help!
6. Same as above, as E isn't talking much I'm hoping these will help him learn!
7. I love this little tea set, it will be a great addition to Ethans new kitchen and I think he'll love pretending to make tea and eat cake!
8. I saw this little dinosaur gift set with a spoon, knife, fork, mug, 2 plates and a egg cup and I loved it right away. I'm not sure if it's too old for Ethan right now, but I can always put it away.
So there you go - that's what I've got my eye on at the moment for Ethan. The list may well change and it will likely get bigger but that's an example of some of the things I think he'll love this year.
What present/s have you got your eye on this year for your little one?
