Sony Xperia UL Leaked With Pictures and Specs

Another Xperia smartphone has leaked today named Sony Xperia UL. The device is yet to be announced but we have the pictures and specs of the device. We had reports that a new Xperia was coming and finally today we have a leak.
The specs include 5-inch display with Snapdragon 600 chip, 32GB internal storage and 2GB RAM. All this will be powered by a 2300 mAh battery. The camera, however, is not yet confirmed but it will most likely be 13MP or 8MP. We'll have to wait and see.

There are reports that the device will be running Android 4.2.2. But just like above specs there's no confirmation. Is this device going to compete with Xperia Z?
