Soulmate Restaurant promises to ensure that you don’t stay hungry between 11 to 11 provided you are around Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. This is a delivery only restaurant and is a recent entrant in the field. Basically, when you are new, you have plenty of ideas to implement. At the same time, you need to stay cool and be attentive in grabbing customer feedback for quick implementation. Obviously, it is always wise to introspect and then implement. As a matter of fact, as a business, it is always a best practice to be sometimes in your customer’s shoe to understand what is there in their mind? What improvements would bring better satisfaction and delight? And once you are on that path, there is no ending to it. Because improvements never end in life. Except for the moment, you start feeling you are the best. Because then improvements stop happening.

I had following dishes from Soulmate Restaurant:

  • Focaccia Bread Grilled Vegetables and Mozzarella Sandwich with French Fries
  • Homemade Ravioli
  • Pesto with Seasonal Greens Pizza with Olives, Mushrooms, Jalapeño, and Grilled Vegetables
  • Soulmate’s Thiramisu

Soulmate Restaurant Has Interesting Factors To Order Again

Firstly, the best dish and then improvement points. Homemade Ravioli is the best among these four dishes. It is, in fact, a complete balance of ingredients, taste, and preparation. I would love to order it again from Soulmate Restaurant. French Fries are over oily and less crispy. So, reduce the oil and increse the crispness. Sandwich is nice in terms of fillings and taste. Regarding Pizza, toppings are up to the mark. In fact, you will find all the toppings in place and in sufficient quantity. Pizza base needs a little improvement. I feel, the time has come to take pizza out of junk food category to healthy food category. In fact, it is always the base that comes under the clouds of scrutiny as an unhealthy component. Probably, it is good to change it to Wheat base rather than all-Maida base.

But taste wise and toppings wise this pizza is ready to beat any of its rivals from other places. Garlic Bread was a little on dry side with no significant taste of garlic. Finally, Thiramisu, as usual, is fine. Overall, it was a nice experience from Soulmate Restaurant.
