Thank you to everyone who is praying for my family and for my brother in law, who deployed yesterday to Afghanistan. He should arrive there on Friday, so now we are just praying for safe travels. I will update you as the time passes. If you have a family member who is in the armed forces, you know how difficult and trying deployment can be. Onto other bloggy related things :).

Hi Grin and Barrett readers! My name is Alexis and I am from the
Sunshine State and love it! I am new to the blogging world but I am
having a blast so far! I just started my own blog, Christian WifeStyle,
where I share about my life as a young married lady trying to live a
life pleasing to Christ! Even though I feel like I am still a newlywed, I
have been married for almost three years. Not sure when the "newlywed"
classification wears off. No matter what, I am still learning more and
more every day about being a good wife and I never plan to stop

MEET CARMON @ SAYLAVEE
I am Carmon and I'm a twenty something, happily married mother of
three... furbabies! I love taking pictures, reading, writing, creating,
and traveling. I'm more than a little obsessed with Diet Soda (mainly
those of the Coke and Mt. Dew persuasion). I like anything better in
pink. And, I can't go anywhere without my chapstick. The hubs and I are
living, learning, and making memories. And, if we fall -- we get back up
