Since it’summer, it’s the perfect time to post the Part 2 of our Mountain Lake Resort Staycation (check Part 1 here). If you’re looking for a beautiful place to spend a vacation with family and friends, ugh, you should definitely check this! Warning: Photo overload. I have a lot of photographs to share, it’s really hard to pick only few but I managed! Enjoy the rest of the post!
Food. What we had for breakfast. They are very generous with the amount of serving per meal and I guarantee you, everything that was served to us are delicious and affordable!
After we had our breakfast, we started the day with a Golf Course tour! I’ve never been in a golf course before. My uncle works in Southwoods but I’ve never been there. Here at Mountain Lake Resort – Golf Course and Casino, the whole place is so huge the I can get lost without a tour guide.
We were divided into two batches. We went first batch! Yoohoo!
After our golf course tour, we explore the place riding this couple bike!
Batch 2’s turn!
Zipline! It’s my first time and I was so nervous! I’m afraid I’ll be going home dead *haha* It’s as long as their hanging bridge.
You have to cross the hanging bridge to go back to the other side. It’s well maintained and very sturdy, you don’t have to worry.
You can also do horseback riding with your friends!
Pool Area. I just wish they have another one, and bigger for large groups.
And the ala Amazing Race begins! We were divided into two teams. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to join due to you know, the thing girls suffer monthly (2nd day).
It was so much fun even just watching them! I really wish I can join! It’s tiring but the experience is priceless. I was very supportive for cheering for them at the top of my lungs *haha*
Team No. 2 won! They were able to finish the race at a shorter amount of time. Anyway, everyone had a lot of fun! I’ll uploading there the video for Day 2 once it’s all up in my YouTube channel.
Mountain Lake Resort is a great place to break away from the city, savor the nature and time for yourself and family. Trust me, you’ll never wanna go back to the city after you’ve been here! Summer Beauty Tip
Vaseline Water-based Serum
If you’re looking for a body lotion and protection that you can use everyday this summer, I highly recommend the Vaseline Healthy White Serum. Actually, the tube I’m holding in the photo is empty. I’ve used it for more than a month and I love how it gets easily absorbed by the skin. SPF30 PA++ is great for everyday use. If you’ll be doing intense activities, top it with a waterproof sunblock.
