Sticky Fingers Red Raspberry Scone Mix!

Yesterday, My grandparents came home from the beach and brought me back some scone mix from Sticky Fingers Bakeries (which they are ALL NATURAL) and a scone pan from Nordic Ware. It was very exciting because I had no blog projects planned for this weekend, but then I had a blog project! To make the scones!
Super easy to make! Just add water like it says above in the picture. On the directions for 'use of pan', it says to grease before putting the scones dough in it. I wanted to try coconut oil to grease them. I haven't used coconut oil much for baking, so I wanted to try it out and it worked so well! Coconut oil is BOMB for baking. Super good. I plopped the dough in the triangle divots... I had enough dough for all the divots except one! And baked them at 375 degrees for 13:00 (min.)Removed them from the oven and let them cool...I wanted to do something fancy with the scone result picture, so I took some new tea have, Stash Strawberry Pomegranate, and stuck it in the picture with the finished scone. They are very yummy scones! Brittney, my sister said, "YUMM! These are so good!" I know they aren't from scratch, but a scone mix is pretty fancy! :)Sticky Fingers Red Raspberry Premium Scone Mix http://www.stashtea.com/?gclid=CMXKkszX7q4CFcMbQgodCU83MA (Stash tea site)Nordic Ware bakeware- http://www.buynordicware.com/1/index.php?page=Product.Product&externalId=1697
