I’m a little late in posting my photo of the hot crossed buns I made last week. I was hoping to post it last Sunday from our campsite, but instead, we were looking for a doctor to get AJ to. She had a fever and a rash. It turned out to be a virus and thankfully she was over it very quickly. We ended up having a lovely little escape up the coast and are thankful that the weather remained pleasant for most of it. It hasn’t stopped raining since we got back.
Here they are, my very first batch of hot crossed buns mixed in the bread maker. They were a huge hit.
Not the most symmetrical hot cross buns ever but they tasted good.
