Sunday Weigh-In, Music Mondays (The Sounds) and Other Updates

This week was crazy.In case some of you don't know, my 9-5 day job is at a local non-profit that is funded by the Federal government.  Our contracts are up for re-bidding, so the next few months we will be knee deep in grant writing.I know for most of you this is me speaking a foreign language,but I wanted to keep you up to speed on why I may be MIA every now and then.
Sunday Weigh In:This week was horrible in regards to my "diet."  I worked 91 hours in 7 days AND my work had catered lunch everyday this week.  On top of that, there was cake and cookies brought in and a fridge stocked up with Dr. Pepper to keep all of us going.So, I am just going to pretend this week didn't happen.I didn't get on the scale.I am excited to get back on track this week.This is a good example...we all have weak moments and fall off track, butI am truly inspired to get back on track!!!
Other Updates:The lil lady has decided on having an "OLIVIA" themed 4th Birthday Party.You can follow my inspiration hereI am so super excited to get started on crafts, even though I have 3 months to prepare.

Music Mondays - THE SOUNDS

I have been a long time fan of the Sounds, even before they got so dang popular.I was instantly drawn to their catchy upbeat tunes and the rawness of Maja's voice.The best part - they are incredibly entertaining live and sound just as good as in your car.I had the pleasure of hanging with these crazy kids 7 years ago (holy smokes, it doesn't feel that long ago)They were so much fun :)
