The floral skirt was a bargain from New Look recently, it was around £8 (marked down) I think and I adore it, it's literally the most comfortable skirt in the world and yet it's so pretty. And the top is Primark. I love these sorts of sleeveless blouse tops, they are always so comfortable yet look really nice on. It also has a lovely detail around the collar though I realize now that you can't really see it from this picture because of the way I'm holding the camera!
As usual I've got my hair down and my everyday jewelry on. I think I'd keep my hair down and natural regardless of not having the time to do anything with it, just because I think my relaxed hair matches my relaxed choice of outfit :)
