...the picture of humility if ever there was one...
A little humility can go a long way, but when it comes to studies, you may have to go a long way to find it.
A recent study shows that humble people are more likely to help you out. Those surveyed of course give all the credit to those lovely researchers (they’re such hard workers). However, there may be some flaws in the plan.
You see, truly humble people tend to not identify themselves as humble. They’re selfless, accomplishment sharing, hardworking individuals who see their acts as right, not humble.
You other people, you know who you are, you tend to know that humility is the right answer when being surveyed. Researchers look at you and think, “I want to believe you, but…”
In your defense, they do the same thing to the truly humble ones, they’re just wrong. Needless to say actually ensuring that an individual is a truly selfless person through a research study is…difficult.
In other words, the findings are inconclusive, but highly complimentary. Really, it was a team effort.
