INGREDIENTS
~1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
~1/2 cup sugar
~1 teaspoon vanilla
~1 large egg white
~1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
~1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
~2 tablespoons of all purpose flour

Next add the vanilla and egg white
And mix together with the electric hand mixer
And mix together on LOW or 1 speed.
Next, roll into balls, about 2 inches in diameter and roll into 6 inch rolls
Then twist them into 'twists', like pretzels
Put them on the cookie sheet and bake for 6:30 seconds, and rotate the pan in the oven and bake for another 6:30 seconds, totaling to 13:00 min.
