Happy Leap Day!

Do not attempt to adjust your calendars, it is in fact February 29th.

Yes, Leap Day is here again, or for all you March 1st birthdays, the day that would have been your birthday any other year.

If you’re not sure just what purpose Leap Day serves, well here’s a list of perks to having an extra day thrown into the Gregorian Calendar:

Our calendars remain in alignment with the Earth’s revolutions around the sun.
March has an extra day to get its act together.
It’s another day in between you and having to get your taxes done.
We all finally get to cash in those three lost 1/4 days from the past three years.
Those with birthdays/anniversary/other noteworthy days on February 29th, get to have your every-four-years blowout celebration.

I think we all can agree that these are reasons to celebrate (super excited about the Earth not falling out of alignment). Happy Leap Day!
