TeleTech is one of my personal choices in BPO industry here in the country. I’ve tried applying for a job in their Bacoor branch 7 years ago. I’ve gone through the interviews and the whole process but things went well, I got a scholarship in college so I decided to just pursue my studies. In the middle of my college days, I still tried how it was being a call center agent so when I visited TeleTech’s new hub in Cubao, I get to compare things with my past company where I worked before for a couple of months and I’m impressed with TeleTech’s state-of-the-art facilities and how they manage their people making them the company with the lowest attrition rate in the country.
Teletech Araneta is located at 15th Floor, Gateway Tower, Araneta Center, Cubao. Their location is very much accessible via MRT / LRT, private cars, cab, or jeepney. It was officially launched on November 21 this year. TeleTech is currently hiring at least 100 new employees for customer service and business support roles. If you’re hired by December 31st, you are qualified to win P100,000.00 worth of prizes from Abenson’s Appliances, whohoo!

TeleTech is the fastest growing BPO. Awarded as the Outstanding Employer. They aim to bring jobs closer to people. Their goals are to make people feel good about the brand, help business (their clients) grow, and of course, ensure customer satisfaction.
First time to see this, Scan and Go. It’s a kiosk / store where you can get anything, scan on the machine and pay for it. It is monitored with CCTV cams for security purposes. This is so cool!

It’s very spacious and each agent has their own private place with those dividers and comfy seats.

After our sumptuous lunch, there was a raffle and we had 3 winners! 2 Winners of Max’s GCs (worth 2k each) and iPad Mini as the Grand Prize! Too bad I didn’t win haha. Told you, not so lucky with raffles, teehee! Congratulations to the winners!
