Always be Thankful.
I am so thankful for so many things. I wanted to share them with y'all today.
I am thankful for social media. This week I have met so many awesome bloggers and chatted it up sometimes until 11 p.m. (whoops) just tweeting and talking over Facebook! What a wonderful world we live in that we can connect over social media. I understand that this is very "first world" of me, but without these tools we wouldn't be able to be informed or educated as thoroughly as we are. I also wouldn't have had so much fun this week! I am thankful for the basics I have been blessed to have. I have a home, a warm bed, a loving husband, food on the table, and hot showers. I realize that these things are available to me because of my job, which I obtained from going to school there. I have to remember that when my student loans statement comes in...Yikes! I am thankful to have my education even if it isn't "paid for" yet. It just means I've had the opportunity to be in a mountain of debt educated and the freedom to make my own choices. I am thankful for the beauty of Christmas and that I will see my family in just over a week! The following week I get to see my family-in-law! I am blessed beyond measure and have to remind myself that life may not be perfect or easy, but the difficulties bring a clear perspective. One that says, "Always be thankful".
