That Time I Did Squats in the Bathroom

Y'all. I am not going to lie. I am sore. I got this bright idea to do squats every time I get up to go to the bathroom and I think my arms (yes, arms? go figure.) and legs are going to fall off. See, I work for 8 hours straight at a desk and do not get much time to get up and moving. The good part about this is that I get a lot done. The bad part about this is after a long day of sitting, I am not too big on going straight to the gym and moving all about. It's a curse having an office job sometimes. You know that saying, "A body in motion stays in motion?" Well, an ass glued to a chair all day will most likely be glued to the couch all night when it gets home. I may trademark that... So, I have found ways to move during the day that will work these lazy muscles without having to sweat profusely. I used to do the work out at lunch time gig. That did not work out so well. I was sweaty and hot the rest of the day and end up regretting it. So, I say if I move during the day (at least 5 times- squats, lunges, etc.) and work some of these muscles out, I may be more motivated to do so when I get off work.
What do you think? Do you think those office workouts really work or am I totally wasting my time?
