The 7 Minute Workout Like No Other... Actually....

New York Times just did an article stating that a simple 7 minute workout a week consisting of only 12 moves is all you need to be fit. It tells you to throw out your gym membership because this is it!
So of course after reading the article and then seeing this picture, we noticed it is the SAME workout moves that we all have seen in every DVD, used at every gym, and have done during every fitness program. Isn't that interesting? Every time something is groundbreaking to help with fitness it is the same moves over and over again... The squat. The lunge. The plank. The push up. Each exercise for this 7 minutes is done for 30 seconds each with a 30 second warm up and a 30 second cool down.
Yet we continue to spend tons and tons of money trying to find something "new". This workout is a solid workout. It will help with fitness and it is great to know that it can be done in only 7 minutes to get it done.
Now this is a high intensity workout. Remember to also check with your doctor before starting any new workout plans. For those of you who try it, let us know what you think of the incredible 7 minute workout plan.
