Whitcomb Street Blooming...
Welcome to Whitcomb Street once again where I came across these bog standard 'Westminster' bollards complete with a beautiful blooming flower arrangement.I have featured these bollards before but the difference color makes is staggering and it certainly livens up the urban gray environment. The photograph (below) is of another from another angle with less colourful plants.

The #guestbollard is by @JFarrers on the twitter and what a #guestbollard it is. The bollards (below) happen to be from Birmingham and shaped like a lipstick so what a good move by a well known make up/perfume company wrapping the bollards with their adverts. A very novel smart idea may I say.
