Don’t wonder if you find everything beyond expectation at The California Boulevard in Rajouri Garden. In fact, 4.6 average rating from 1680 customers is phenomenal. All words are less to explain the magnificent experience you gain here. And that can’t happen without you visiting the location and trying the fabulous food. Rather, I would say, it is no less than a 5-star or 7-star hotel restaurant experience. And that signifies in all aspects of hospitality and food. It was quite an enriching visit for me. There is a different kind of graciousness, charm, and delicacy in the air all around, inside. It is not only about food and taste. It is about the richness and authenticity. In fact, the cherry on the cake is Innovation. There is innovation in preparation, presentation, and hospitality. There is something at The California Boulevard that is difficult to describe but to experience.
Head Chef Satish Kumar at The California Boulevard is the magical power for excellent food and presentation. Chefs Satish Kumar and Sanskar Saklani keeps visiting the dining area to capture the moment of truth on visitor’s faces. There was a feel of fulfillment, satisfaction, and a sweet surprise reflecting on our faces with every next dish coming on the table. Every dish is a class apart in terms of its taste, presentation, and preparation. The menu is, in fact, more like a coffee table book. We had Frozen Cappucino, Mango Mock-o-Lada, and Summer Beach to drink. A basket of Bread with Garlic Butter Sauce has its own variety of bread and grace. Tangy Button Mushroom and Delhi Ki Chaat are fabulous. Patrani Machchi comes with three sauces. These are mint, onion jam, and garlic jam. Everything is so delicious.

The dishes are so well in the presentation at The California Boulevard that you don’t feel like disturbing them. And on the other hand, they are so delicious that you can’t stop. In fact, that is the case with every dish and drink. In addition, the food taste & quality, service, and ambiance whisper in the ears to carry on. Next, we had Prawns Spring Roll, Sushi Paneer, and Chicken Dimsums. By now, I was very much sure that I was in a Food Art Gallery. It is so fascinating! Another round of different drinks. This time we had Hollywood Shake and Chamomile and Pasion Fruit Tea. An interesting dish not to miss is Ganderi Kebab. It is a recipe from Punjab but is quite innovative. And hold on, it is yet more interesting to come at The California Boulevard.
A special mention for Mushroom Cappucino at The California Boulevard is a must. This is very much different from the regular soups and is very delicious. Another good soup we had is Sicilian Minestrone Soup. In the main course Chicken, Maggie Farm, and Cottage Cheese and Mushroom Fajita with Tortilla are astonishing. Order desserts of your choice as there is a good amount of variety. And finally, we had California Coffee. You must try it. It is something very unique. I would count The California Boulevard in my all time favorite category.
