The First Wealth Is Health

As a dancing/dirt bike riding kid, I was always healthy. One of the things about becoming an adult is that you have to trade hobbies for responsibilities. Unfortunately, I haven't been successful in staying a kid forever. That shouldn't mean that I can't stay fit, though.
Since I aged out of my dance studio, and chose alpha gam over dirt bike racing (meetings and races are at the same time!), I haven't had much exercise in my life. This is the perfect chance to mark something off my life list!
I'm going to run a 5k.
In a month.
ONE MONTH.
I have no idea what I'm getting myself into. Hopefully this is the start of something new!
I'm also going to do the relay for life with my wonderful To Write Love On Her Arms UChapter. We have a goal this semester to complete 200 service hours. We have less than 10 active members, so this actually takes effort from all of us. I'm SO excited about doing community service!
