Besides the beautiful memories and sun-kissed hair, you will also notice that your face is a little dryer than usual and that a few breakouts have shown up in unlikely places.
If you are like me, you mostly cover-up your breakouts and try to rehydrate your skin with thicker creams.
I have news for you: This not being the best solution.
Lucky for me, the folks at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center invited me to try a HydraFacial to balance my summer skin.
More than a facial, and not a major cosmetic procedure, a HydraFacial is a resurfacing procedure that thoroughly cares for your skin, providing cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and hydration. The hydration aspect for this procedure is done with the use of Vortex-Fusion antioxidant peptides and hyaluronic acid.
- Cleansing and Exfoliation - done with a small "deplaning" tool that opens-up your pores to ready your skin for the next step
- Acid Peel - a very mild peel that was not in the least bit uncomfortable
- Extractions - a vacuum-like tool is slid across your skin to remove any white and black-heads
- Serum Application
Pre-Hydrafacial
From check-in to walking-out of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, it took less than an hour. My skin went from looking damaged and seriously dehydrated, to glowing and soft to the touch. So much so, that I didn't have to wear make-up the day I had my hydrafacial. But the best part? The HydraFacial jumpstarted my skin to "drink" my treatment serums and moisturizers. In less than a week, my skin looked better than even the day I had the hydrafacial. My pores are visibly smaller, sun spots were minimized and my small breakouts disappeared.
Post-Hydracial
My skin texture is radically different
Pimples are treated and dried on a few days later
I highly recommend that you tpp schedule your first appointment at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center to get your skin Fall ready. The folks at this spa are super nice and very accommodating to your needs.
