A garden on Long Island must have at least one dogwood tree.
When children pick flowers dandelions are a sure fire hit. So gloriously yellow and bright.
Then we play with the silly lens to see what happens.
The austerity of lily of the valley.
Back in the city
there are parrot tulips in the community garden
an abundance of lilacs at Union Square this morning.
Pretty hard to guess what this is! Violet blossoms in plastic containers that have been rained on. Sort of pretty and abstracty.
Dogwood and lilac
and some lovely pastel eggs
and peony buds looking rather egglike.
