The Mist

Today, we have a guest blogger. Connor wanted me to help him publish his short story that he wrote at the Summer Enrichment Academy. The assignment was to be descriptive and capture the audience's attention. Did he succeed?
The Mist
In the mist of daylight, I could see it: dark, big, and very large teeth. It was very near. I had a gun, a knife, and a crossbow. I got bit by its razor sharp teeth. Then I shot it, but that seemed to just make it madder than before. It clawed me, then I knifed it. It was intense, but I came out on top, knife through its belly and bleeding. It was clear that I had won.
In related news, we will be having a discussion about watching hunting shows on the Outdoor Channel at Grandpa's house.
