I can go two days, sometimes three without all the hassle that comes from NOT being straight. That seriously saves me anywhere from one to three hours a week.
Time I can spend crafting. Or doing homework.
It just has to be done once for said time, which can be time consuming til you get the hang of it…but in the end is a lifesaver, and way easier.
It is healthier, due to lack of messing around every single day.
You just need the right tools to make sure that the job is done properly. Don’t be cheap or it will turn out badly.
For some reason, it just feels sexier…and softer.
Did I mention that I don’t have to spend hours and hours a week on it…every. single. day?
I am seriously thankful that it has grown to the point it is at so that I can go back to a lifestyle that fits my busy life better…
You knew I was talking about my hair, right?
This is my discovery for the week…that I have FINALLY after a year of regrowing it, got long enough hair to pull this off.
I am going to say out loud right now, that if you ever hear me even contemplating cutting my hair off again, EVER…you have permission to smack the hell out of me.
Because as much as I mouthed off that it was great and I loved it…I am a liar, after the first month I was kicking my own ass just as hard as I did the LAST time I cut it all off.
It won’t happen again.
I hope.
So here is to a really expensive straight iron, and lots more free time to get ready for the upcoming holiday season, which yes…I have started doing…Christmas crafting is definitely underway. This year is going to be spectacular to make up for the lack of effort I put into Christmas last year because I was drowning in homework.
