If it's Tuesday then I must bake something. It has become a habit, a very pleasant one, might I add, for I am sooo fond of trying new recipes. This one is some sort of pastry with Parmesan cheese on top, cherry tomatoes and chopped chives sprinkled on top.
It's a very good option for lunch, and it's best served hot...let that melted cheese pinch your lips. The other dish I tried is also a pastry, but with sliced apples, that I initially softened in melted butter and sugar, with a touch of cinnamon. It's a delightful dessert very easy to do and also very fast. The result is mind blowing :).
