Hey guys! I went a little crazy this morning at breakfast time.
Today was my last day to eat gluten since I’m having all my blood tests done tomorrow morning so I HAD to get some waffles in before I head to the medical clinic.
Yep, that’s an egg sandwich on 2 toaster waffles. And do you what to know what?!
IT WAS AWESOME!
I smeared some grape jelly on one of the waffles, so it had the whole savory/sweet thing goin’ on.
My brother was eyeing me eating this magnificent genius of a sandwich so I ate it in 3 bites because I feared a super man dive across the room knocking me off my chair and him eating the rest of my breakfast sandwich while I lay helpless on the floor.
I’m 100% ready to get those blood tests done tomorrow. I’m having the food allergies blood tests and the gluten antibody test done to hopefully see if my tummy troubles are because of a food allergy or celiac’s disease.
I have another idea of what might be going on… which is a little scary but I’m trying to stay calm and just get through the blood tests.
This afternoon Max and I went shopping for a laptop sleeve for my trusty blue Dell. It’s HURLY and I bought it at Marshalls for only 12 dollars. 
I’ve been eating gluten like a fish swallows water since Tuesday. I had this list of things I wanted to eat since I’m pretty sure I’ll be eating gluten free for the next 2,000 days. Even if the tests are negative for gluten intolerance I feel a million times better not eating gluten so I’m going to continue living the gluten free life.
On my list was BEER, bagels, pizza, toast, waffles, kit kat bars, spaghetti, pretzels, Pumpkin Beer, sandwich, burrito, those crackers that are cracker on one size and pretzel on the other, cookies, cookies and more cookies, and Honey Bunches of Oats cereal.
This is the weather forecast for the week! Rain Rain Rain… It’s boot time. 
So, Max and I hit up some froyo for a last refreshing summer treat. Do you want one of my caramel turtles?
