This time of year I do feel sorry for dogs. Just the other day I was out walking my own dog when another one come up to us wearing a Santa costume! “He loves Christmas!” the owner told me, yeah right! He loves bones and sniffing, that is what dogs love. But there might be a point to it because what if all of Santa’s elves suddenly become ill? Well it seems it wouldn’t be a problem because all he has to do is round-up this lot….

10 – “I hate my life, they knew I wanted to be a reindeer.”

FACT: All elf costumes, images and films that show elves with beards are all based on the Dwarfs of the Disney film Snow White! Before that all elves in paintings and images had bare faces.

FACT: Elves are not very politically correct at all. As in folklore it is only the male elves that are ever seen because it is said that all the female elves stayed at home, underground and did the cooking and cleaning, never to see the light of day because it would kill them! Sounds more like slavery to me.
