Then There Was Juicing

As you may have read, my hubby embarked on a 10-day juicing cleanse to kick-start his healthier routine for 2013.
I will make sure to share them with my readers as well as I create and try-out new recipes for him, .

A full-days worth of juices in 16-ounce Glass Mason Jars
(Found at the 99 Cent Store)

To make four (4) 16-ounce jars of juice, I juiced the following fruits in my Breville Juicer:
One Package - Organic Celery One Package - Organic Carrots Four Organic Naval Oranges Two Organic Pears Two Organic Fuji Apples
To blend the flavors of the juice, I alternated juicing each fruit and re-mixing in a larger jar before I poured the juice into each mason jar.  
Remember to only wash, but do not peel the fruits when juicing to maximize the health benefits of the juice.

Of course there are many benefits to juicing, but I recommend that you speak to your doctor before you embark on any new health routine.
