Things I Do as a Crazy Dog Person.

No, I am over puppy parenting. I am over puppy parenting like over exaggerating. I am so mommy to the pupster. I'm crazy. I do weird things, i saw a dead cat on the road the other day and started hysterically bawling. Yes, I am so WEIRD. I just had a flash at that moment that Shia could escape and run down the road, down the other road, on the onramp and bam, just like that - she could be roadkill. That's why I bawled. 
One night we were in St. George, of course Shia was with us and she was too hyper too sleep. I attached her to my arm by tightening her collar around my arm, so she would run around the house and wake up everyone else (there was lots of people there and we were the latest to fall asleep). Anyway the next morning I wake up after a horrible nights sleep, because Shia was pawing at my head and crying and being incredibly naughty. My dad had to unattached Shia from my arm, while she was sleeping on top of my head! I did all that so she didn't have to sleep outside. Seriously? Yes, that's me.
Last night Shia and I painted our nails to match last night, while watching game of thrones. Shia also spoons me closer than a pea in a pod every single night. She knows when it's bed time and put her head on my pillow and get ready to sleep the night away.

Every morning I have to wake Shia up, physically carry her off the bed (she's not a morning dog), get some food and water in her belly, force her out to pee, and then I proceed to tell her my schedule for the entire day. "Shia, I think I'll be home around 5 today if I can get out of the office after that long meeting on time".. I'm crazy!

Shia had her own dance with me at our wedding and her own photo booth shoot.
