    Things to Do in New YorkIt’s one day to go till our last day in New York and I have very mixed emotions. Truly this has been one of the most wonderful experiences I ever could have hoped for and the best of it all is it's free. Throughout the eight weeks that I have been here and the gazillions of places and things, I’m happy that almost half of my to-do list has been completed.
      1. Walking aimlessly in the streets of New York.
      2. Watch a Knicks game.
      3. Devour on some coal-brick oven pizza in Brooklyn
      4. Do a literary walk in Greenwich Village
      5. Stare at the ongoing World Trade Center construction
      6. Leisurely stroll the elevated pedestrian walkway of Brooklyn Bridge
      7. Visit all the Lower Manhattan tourist spot
      8. Occupy Wall Street
      9. Spend money to buy some sports related shirt in NBA Store, NHL Store, Yankee Store and NFL store
      10. Bask in the awesomeness of New York skyline in Top of the Rock or Empire State Building
      11. Buy a book in Barnes and Noble Union Square
      12. Eat in NY's fancy restaurant
      13. Junk of the heart:  Subs, Mexican and Burger Joint overload
      14. Hail a yellow cab
      15. Watch a freakin’ broadway
      16. Experience night life in Hell’s Kitchen
      17. Sweet surrender to Red Velvet from the food trucks, Cheesecake from Juniors, cupcakes from Crumbs and the Frozen Hot Chocolate from Serendipity 3.
      18. Illusions of grandeur in the Fifth Avenue
      19. Walk like a hipster in NoLita
      20. Ride a budget bus in Chinatown and go to different states.
      21. Take the wife to a baseball game in Yankee Stadium or in Citi Field
      22. Visit at least one museum in New York
      23. Attend a concert at the Radio City Music or Carnegie Hall
      24. Elllis Island and Statue of Liberty
      25. Stargazing at The Highlands
      26. Do a romantic walk in the Central Park
      27. Buy something for the kids in Toy’s R Us Times Square
      28. Breakfast at Tiffany’s
      29. Join at least one festival in New York
      30. Gadget overload in B&H or seek advice from the Best Buy's Geek Squad
      31. Shopping overload at SoHo or NoHo
      32. Go to Tribeca and set down right next to De Niro
      33. Ride the subway and act as if you’re definitely from New York.
      34. Visit landmarks used in movies
      35. Purchase NBC shows merchandise at the Rockefeller Plaza
      36. Experience a different kind of season
      37. Watch David Letterman or Jimmy Fallon live
      38. Buy a Coach or Tory Burch bag for the wife
      39. Witness amazing performances in subway stations or Central park 
      40. Make a trip to Little Italy and eat at Lombardi's (the first pizzeria in America).
      41. Go to Brighton beach and eat Nathan’s hotdog in Coney Island
      42. Gaze at the celestial ceiling mural above the vast main concourse of Grand Central.
      43. Watch up-and-coming bands at the Bowery, Williamsburg or Terminal 5.
      44. Do a Yatta pose in Times Square ala Hiro Nakamura or channel Pitbull
      45. Hop on a free ferry ride to Staten Island or ride the East River Ferry
      46. A hunk of sharp New York State cheddar on hand before going back to Manila
      47. Purchase a single ticket and do a movie marathon in AMC or Regal cinemas.
      48. Drink a german beer with a cuban cigar in the middle of New York in an Irish pub
      49. Have a short trip in the Long Island for Long Island Bagels, Blue Point beer and Long Island Iced Tea
      50. Meet at least one celebrity.
      As for the places and thing I missed during the past two months, another reason to go back I guess. Hopefully this won't be my last time in this city that never sleeps.
