This morning I did my regular morning work out of
50 jumping jacks
5 pushups
20 crunches
20 mountain climbers
30 second plank
This workout is getting easier to do. I worked out a little bit last night. I did a new machine I've never seen before called "The arc." I didn't take a picture because it was busy and I didn't want to be creepy. Plus, I like working out there. It's like a stairmaster and ellipital together. I loved it because it was easy on my knees, but burned my quads. I only did 5 minutes, but I'll work my way up.
Also did my day 2 of the first week for the Couch to 5K. It was a little bit easier this time around. Hopefully it gets easier and easier. I have a Disney Half to run in over a year.
I know my goal is Sunday to sit down and plan out my week better including fitness and bible study.
