Those Pompous Anonymous Online Reviews... Ach.

So this "review" was posted kind of anonymously on a certain website... oh God these puffed up little dick humans are so tedious. This is what this spiteful, arrogant little bitch of a "man" had to say: "Consistently rude service from the guy behind the counter. Returned a stale sandwich and I got a curt reply of 'that's sourdough'... um, I've had enough sourdough in my life to know when it's STALE and been sitting in your counter. We stopped coming here for coffee as the barista has no social skills or basic courtesy. Bye."
Okay. The bread was not stale. We have the dilemma of only being able to do pre-made sandwiches (made fresh each morning). Sourdough is not at it's best when refrigerated but we have to refrigerate given that they are pre-mades. Unfortunately, when refrigerated, the bread simply isn't the same as when it's at room temp.
But this guy is an expert, apparently.
The snippy bit about me not having social skills or basic courtesy... um, fuckturd, you simply are not worthy. I have great relationships and even friendships with many of our customers. They are good and kind and friendly people. I open up to them. You are not one of them. I couldn't care less about engaging with an arrogant prick such as yourself.
When someone oozing negativity and spite walks into a cafe, most hospitality people pick up on that. And when someone like you, you pathetic little man, walks into a place of hospitality, you are recognised for the sorry piece of shit that you are. It's actually very obvious to the astute that you are a prick. And who can be bothered being nice to a prick?
What happens in these situations, Princess, is that we just want you out of here. We want to get through this transaction as quickly as possible and see you leaving the cafe, as we fall down on our knees and pray that that's the last we'll see of you, because you are quite simply, just an awful human being. We don't actually want to ever see you again.
I have never liked your presence in the cafe for the above stated reasons. You are ugly. You are arrogant. You are dismissive of hospitality people. I think you will find it is you who lacks social skills.
Your single other poorly written "review" confirms your pettiness and your sad bitterness.
Get a life, you sad little idiot.
