Was stoked to get the heads up that the local primary school was holding a plant sale to fundraise for a new orchard.

$1/plant

My garden is a bit smaller this year.  Still working out where the beds will go.

Instead, I’ve put my hand up to be gardener at our local Playcentre.

Instructions: edible,  edcuational, & pls economise!

Thrifting Budget:

$13 for Playcentre garden

$7 for home garden

Do you hit school markets & galas even though you don’t have school aged children? Visit Church fairs even though you don’t attend/hold differing theological views?

I’d love you to share your thrifting strategy or your own op shopping experiences in the comments below.  I’m all about sharing the knowledge, but if you’re an Op Shopping Ninja who thrives on a stealth mission, I get and respect that too!
