Hey friends!
So for my lovely throwback moment, I would love to share about my past experiences with being sick...

I used to think it was awesome to pretend I needed medical attention, as you can see in this photo.

However, the particular event I would like to share is when I got my wisdom teeth out.

At the time I thought it would be great to get it done the exact same day as my sister. I thought we would be in bed together, watching chick flicks, hanging out...

And then this happened:

These are only 2 of a large assortment of photos from my moms phone - with my sister acting like she is poor and pitiful, and me completely out of it, because I was on so much medication. I wish that medication had lasted for the next week. A few minutes later, they put me in the car and all I remember is my mom forcing me to eat a smoothie on the way home. It 75% fell completely out of my mouth and onto me because I had no feeling whatsoever in my lips or cheeks.

Once we got home, my sister was swollen, but she ran around the house, inviting friends over, watching tv at ungodly volumes and annoyed me to no end. I, on the other hand, had my stitches rip out, was constantly throwing up and was absolutely miserable.

Lesson learned: get all surgeries done solo - that way everyone focuses on poor pitiful you, gives you peace and quiet, and doesn't think you are the abnormal one when you aren't bouncing around like your sister...
