Time For A Change

Time For A ChangeHow gorgeous are these flowers I got off the bf's family for graduation?!! Love them! <3
Hello lovelies! For a long time I had neglected my beloved Blog due to University, Work and Life in general but now that University is out of the way and I am getting used to having more hours at Work (Yay! More money!), I now have more time and energy to come back into the Blogging world and give it more of a go. I had stated a while ago in my Blog's 2nd Birthday that there was a few changes I have been wanting to make to VioletDaffodils and now I can finally begin to put those into play.If you are extremely observant, you may have already started to notice a few of those changes already, although they are small they have made a big difference to my content which I'm loving!
Design:As I'm naturally a creative person I really want to take this Blog and challenge myself with it by not just relying on someone else to design things for me but to actually go out of my way to learn the skills, learn the techniques, create my own designs and teach myself how to apply them to produce a new (hopefully better) appearance of my Blog. In doing so this is kind of taking small bits of what I've learnt at University and applying it to something I enjoy creating and learning some valuable skills along the way. Hopefully this will give the desired effect that I have been longing for for months. I know this will take a long time but I want to take my time with it, I don't want to rush it and make a mess. I find it so much more rewarding being able to step back to observe and be proud to say "I made all this!" and that is what I'm aiming for :)
Content:
This is another big thing I am wanting to work on as well. I got a bit carried away with wanting to show outfits and travel diaries and don't get me wrong I enjoy putting them together but I feel this Blog needs an injection of more of my other interests too. I want to keep content fresh and varied but more often than not I find that my Blog has become another outfit post after another outfit post which has got so tedious and made my Blog seem bland. I've decided to really make more of an effort and embrace more versatility so I hope you enjoy the new content as well as the old. I want it to be "I wonder what she will post next?" keeping it curious, keeping it intriguing. I realize that some of it will not be catered to everyone but that's what I'm looking forward to, embracing new challenges and seeing the outcome :)
I want to thank you for your ongoing support, I've recently hit 200 followers which is AMAZING! Thank you so so much I appreciate every comment and follow I get, big love to you all! <3
