Oh, the happy face of a boy attending his favorite (for right now, at least) movie, Titanic in 3D! Yes, we made good on our promise and took him to see the drama unfold on the big screen. He was thrilled! It was actually fun for all of us - I think it may have been the 20th time I've seen it, but it was definitely more exciting in 3D, and that was my first 3D experience. Even Brailey, who didn't want to see the movie, ended up loving it. It was Brady's first time with 3D, also, and only his second time seeing the movie (he only saw portions of it the first time around). Britt is still reading every book he can find on the amazing ship that met its tragic end, and I swear we've seen every documentary that came out on TV to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking. He was a little disappointed we didn't do anything "special" on the actual anniversary... And now we hear they are building the Titanic II, an exact replica of the original Titanic. Something tells me Britt may end up sailing on that ship someday... Time will tell! When I asked him if he was going to get on the new Titanic, he said, "OH yah! But only with you and Brailey, not Dad." And I said, "Why leave Daddy out?" And he said, "Well only women and children can get off the boat when it sinks!"
