Advice:
Embrace the mood and let it live large in your heart. It only wants you to acknowledge and make peace with it.
Carry on through willpower: take that brisk walk. Pick up a paintbrush. Do the laundry. Get on an airplane.
Learn what is causing the mood: twenty or thirty years of psychotherapy will help you to understand, if not to eliminate, these moods.
Change your thinking: life isn’t full of shit and pain and suffering. It’s a beautiful dance through golden fields.
I am a happy girl. I will sing happy songs.
La la la, la la, la la.
