I’m writing this before hitting the hay, and I know most of you are either sleeping or going to sleep since I’m in California and the latest time zone so I’ll keep it short and sweet.
Before the day’s events really took off, Max and I hit up some gluten free sandwiches at Eric’s Deli. I had a spicy Puerto Rican inspired sandwich which had pork, pickled carrot salad, spicy sauce, mayo and lettuce.
Max went with me to babysit the kiddos and we had so much fun! We jumped on the trampoline twice, played wii, the most epic game of hide and seek EVER, played a quick game of volleyball and settled down in front of the tv because we were so tired.
The kid’s totally wore us out so we had a sweet treat for a sugar boost before hitting the theater to work the show tonight. Max helped with kids again! He get’s major boyfriend points today. I think the theater scared him a little, but dressing the kids backstage is a really traumatic job the first time for anyone so I’m not too worried that I potentially scarred him for life.
My sandwich was BOMB!
We dressed the kids without a hitch. No one missed a cue or had a costume crisis.
There is no way to eat sandwiches gracefully I’ve decided. It is what it is.
I’m still really tired from the week of work and playing with kids all day so I didn’t get a run in.
