Well folks, here we are in the final hours before yet another debate…
Tonight we here from the backups, aka the Vice Presidential candidates.
Sure, they may not be the “main event,”but as a model citizen, you are of course still planning on tuning in, because you understand the value of being fully informed as we count down the final days before the Presidential election.
Tonight that means returning to a more traditional debate setting, a (fingers crossed) amicable debate between two white guys. I mean no offense, caucasian gentlemen…it’s simply a historical fact that the majority of participants in our nation’s presidential and vice presidential debates have fit into those demographics.
Tonight their task is to give us good reasons to vote for their presidential halves, and it’s our task to pay attention to the fact checkers.
So, go forth and continue to be the incredible exemplary voters that you are, and cherish this pause in action ahead of the return of the main event next Sunday.
