It’s been a heavy news week. A lot of emotions and opinions have been flying around.

And while the heavy news is important, we all need a break now and then, something to help us forget about the bad news (bombings, gun-legislation-blocking senates, etc.) and remember the good.

And on that note, I’d like to transition to — Twitter #Music.

The new music app will recommend tracks based on who you follow. You can then listen to your recommended songs directly in the app via services including Rdio, Spotify and iTunes.

It’s an interesting premise, and promises to be praised and parodied.

And it begs the question—What does your Twitter account say about you?

It may have seemed like a good idea to follow the entire cast of Jersey Shore, all of the “Real Housewives”, and Lindsey Lohan; but do you really want to find out what that playlist sounds like…okay, that may be a bad example, unless you were heavily inebriated when you made that “decision.”

Still, now might be a good time to do some spring cleaning on your Twitter account. #Music will not reserve its judgement, and you may not like what you hear.
