Happy Friday Fibromites! WE made it through another week. Boy does the time fly. July is basically on our heels and before long summer will be over. I enjoyed a fairly productive week. “the” monster reared its ugly head and tried to keep me down, but I pushed when I could and rested when I couldn’t….and that’s really what it is all about. DO what you can, when you can and DON’T when you can’t…make no apologies for the days when you use most of the 24 hours to rest and take it easy…you know what your body can do…and let no one tell you different…praying for a low pain night and a productive weekend…productive may mean that you spend most of the weekend resting and in bed…and that’s ok….keep pushing, keep fighting, keep your head up & #stay triumphant
