"J" is for Justice. Time's just about up.
Cosmic justice does not look like the poor man's imitation of so-called justice that this 3-D living in this world has claimed to establish in myriad places around the world. And good thing, too. Because there is universal cosmic law, that trumps our puny efforts, and it will play itself out. Indeed, it is playing itself out now. What goes around, comes around. You reap what you sow. Karma. All the familiar sayings you've heard before, are playing out now.
For thousands of years everything has been leading us to this moment in this go-round of this present Kali Yuga era, the age of destruction. And not a moment too soon, if I might add. We have clearly hit rock-bottom. If we count the terror we have waged on Mama Earth - her skies, her body, her blood; if we count the endless wars waged and blood spilled for no good reason (is there ever a good reason?); if we stand by and witness the greedy grab for money despite the suffering of so many in a world of real plenty; if we disregard the all in favor of the few; if we note the acting out of those who can no longer hold on to their wits; if we can realize that so many things are happening at the same time, in affrettando / allegro / tenuto rhythms, we might just recognize there is something different happening than has happened before. Yes, there has always been trouble, problems, war/disease/pestilence, but there is a distinct feeling, an energy, a rhythm tapping out now that is ostensibly bringing all madness to a head.
That's how I would describe it. And some of us can sense it.
Inevitably, we cycle through the eons (over and over), and reach the boiling point, where we may decide to do things differently. Or, not. Those of us who have ears to hear, and eyes to see, know that as we reach this point, it's not just the crescendo we feel. There's a deeper something...awareness, waking up, attention. And with it...a knowing that as well, some cosmic justice has been added to the mix.

Justice. What is that, really? It is thought to be what is just, fair, right, true, impartial. In everyday so-called reality, we think of justice as represented by Lady Liberty, even the Statue of Liberty, and the Scales of Justice, or other such symbols. But these are merely representations of something humanity has so far failed to realize. Other things always get in the way. Greed for one. Selfishness for another. Forgetting our true nature for yet another.
We say we have a system of justice, but we have justice in name only. Our history is replete with examples of failed attempts, and current evidence is everywhere present that demonstrates that justice exists only in the ideal and written words, but little to none in practice. That we appear to strive toward it is good, but true achievement is always upended in some way.

We can give thanks that the cosmos does not require the imperfect actions, or whims of humankind to do what it must do. Because of poor human efforts to implement a system which holds to universal ideals, we are left wanting. Too many signs indicate that we have not succeeded. In a world of plenty, we are so pitifully shabby. Universal cosmic law decrees that everything that goes around, comes around. Eventually. It is no less so in our world. Well. We are in just such a time. Things are cycling around, and we will see the fruits of our creations, and what we have made of things. I count myself fortunate to be living in just this time as a witness to the coming around of the universal cosmic justice that is in process.
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Yes, thankfully, the universe is governed by justice. While we may not know the when or how of things, law is law. And law works unfailingly. We need not seek after revenge or retribution, as even that effort is faulty. It would defeat our efforts further anyway, to seek to continue to try and act as judge/jury/executioner.
And anyway...it's too late for that now.
Oh, yes, it is happening. Justice is on the way. Whoa to the naysayers and disbelievers. Faithfully, she is on her way and will mete out to each their portion and just desserts.
She is coming. And right about now and through here, what we need to do is make sure that we are ready, that we are standing on the right side of that justice.
